* A commission of one-half the prevailing rate will be charged on claims settled by the return of merchandise, or if Nationwide Services, Inc, discovers for client that a claim was previously paid.
*Files canceled or withdrawn and payment is being recovered are subject to full rates.
LEGAL RATES
Any claim requiring litigation will be forwarded to a proven Commercial Law League Attorney (CLLA) with who we have an established relationship with. In these instances, our client will retain complete control and direction of Nationwide Services, Inc. and their attorneys actions. Due to differing locations and circumstances involved with legal claims, they are priced individually usually requiring a 15% advance legal rate. The prevailing higher rate will apply to all claims requiring litigation, otherwise basic rates are, Consumer 50%, Commercial 40% contingency with the required advance legal fee.
